This can be in the areas of policy, practice, sharing information, sources of support or any aspect - but needless to say the confidentiality of an individual (be they employee or manager) should not be breached at any time. Discussions will be monitored and inappropriate contributions may be edited or deleted. MINDFUL EMPLOYER will not necessarily respond to or upon specific topics.
