Charter for Employers

MINDFUL EMPLOYER has drawn up a Charter for Employers. The Charter sets out principles that employers can for follow to benefit their staff. Any employer that signs the Charter is entitled to display the MINDFUL EMPLOYER logo.

The Charter for Employers who are Positive About Mental Health is about working towards the principles of it, not the immediate fulfilment of them - signing up is a step in the right direction.
